Founders:
Royal Finish is a Texas based company that was started in 1990.  Brent Cornwell is the President, CEO, and co-founder of Royal Finish.  His extensive experience in the corporate environment allows him to run and operate Royal Finish like a top 500 company, yet give customer service that has a small company feel.  Greg Cornwell is the Vice President and co-founder of Royal Finish.  Greg is the marketing liaison and conducts the outside sales for Royal Finish and has many years of experience in the corporate banking arena including Presidential positions.  You'll be sure to find him at all or most of the Apartment Association functions lending a hand or donating his time serving on a committee.

Brent and Greg have strong professional backgrounds and were determined to create a company that would not only be committed to quality product, dependable service, and competitive pricing, but a company that truly cares about their customers!

Experience:
Royal Finish employees have a tremendous depth of experience.  Many of the employees have worked in the multi-family housing industry holding positions from maintenance to management to Regional Managers.  This valuable experience provides us with insight when dealing with our customers and puts us another step above our competition.  The average length of service per current employee is in excess of five (5) years.

Foundation:
All of the Royal Finish staff and resurfacing technicians are screened employees of the company - no contractors are used.  All locations are company owned and operated.  Royal Finish is fully insured and has ongoing safety training programs for all of our technicians.

Environment:
We're environmentally conscious in our efforts of by-product disposal and have an ongoing quality control program in place.  Royal Finish is the pioneer in the use of a fume abatement program and we have an industrial hygienist on retainer to handle any fume concerns that may arise.

Community:
We support and are active members of each Apartment Association in the areas we service and we contribute to and participate in many fund raising and crime watch programs.
